I got to work with different kinds of sports along my work journey. I love all kinds of sports and always make sure that the rehab journey matches the goals of the athlete I’m working with. One thing I love about Physiotherapy is that we always aspire to make the athlete reach their goals by working on his injuries and we rarely say, ‘Just rest and take medications until you get better’.
I am an ex-Handball player in national team. My interest in physiotherapy started with my love for sports in general and how I saw our team PT always worked on our weaknesses to push us to be better. Then I realized that this is what I want to do! Help athletes reach their full potential through science-based interventions. I started my work journey in 2019 right after I finished my orthopaedics semester. In our profession It’s a must to stay updated as we are a fast-growing profession with new papers published every day, that’s why I always make sure that I’m following latest evidence in treating injuries and creating Rehab programs. I am excited to start working with new athletes whatever your goal is! Recover from an injury, perform better in your sport, prevent an old injury from coming back or make sure your training program will keep you injury free!
