Prepare
to change
for the better.
At A2Z ATHLETES, we believe that Rehab is Training in the presence of an injury. The traditional clinic approach is no longer effective in professional sport. We believe in an integrated model where the physio works alongside a Physician, a Strength & Conditioning coach, a Performance Nutritionist, and a Psychologist to adapt training around the injury.
Here is why:
As nutritional and psychological status affect recovery, we need to make sure that our athletes are supported through their rehab journey so they can get back faster and stronger.
